The man who realized utopia: Sam Altman and the Artificial Intelligence for all

It seemed like a fantasy, but now it is reality: machines that mimic the faculties of the human mind have arrived and are here to stay. Sam Altman has made Artificial Intelligence available to everyone, thanks to OpenAI. His creature, ChatGPT, poses questions to humans, which “Pioneers of the future” will tackle with the help of a neuroscientist and a totally unexpected guest.

Described by the NY mag as "the Oppenheimer of our age", at the age of 19 he was already CEO of a tech company (Loopt) and later co-founded OpenAI, the company that developed ChatGPT. 

Creator of one of the world’s leading AI platforms, with still unexplored margins, in 2023 he was ranked among the world’s most influential people in AI by the Time magazine.

He is Sam Altman, the “Pioneer of the future” who has made Artificial Intelligence accesible to everyone. While the world still wonders about opportunities and risks of this innovation here to stay, Altman is guiding OpenAI towards a business model that has already made it a multibillion dollar behemoth.

The third episode of the second season of “Pioneers of the future”, the Infra The Mundys Journal’s podcast, traces the history and ideals of this technological revolution, that seems to realize a utopia: machines interacting and working with humans.
